We currently ship across India.

At this time, international shipping may not be available. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities and Towns: 4–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–14 business days

the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may be required before re-shipment.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take photographs of the package.

We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our policies.

If your shipment appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.

Resolution timelines depend on the courier partner's investigation process.

  • A delivery confirmation record is generated by the carrier.

NOVASOL is not responsible for packages that are reported as delivered by the courier but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced at the delivery location.

NOVASOL shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
